I had intended to update this site using approved world wide web consortium standards.

However some things have happened to my plans for architectural work and explorations into rehabing older homes instead of destroying them.

I heartily encourage any and all to join me in this project so that many if not all homeless can have a roof over thier head and maybe even one they can call their own.

The bicycle accident on August 9, 2009 was difficult for me, but I am recovering well .

Often, in the late spring, summer and early fall of 2014,
I will be visiting people in the Berkshires on the weekends; and will not be near my telephone.

I will, however check with the owner of telephone # (413) 528-1429 now and then
to see if someone has left an emergency message.

Pretty much I will be out of the Springfield area most weekends, even though I might be here 1 weekend per month.

In early March of 2013 & 2014 I attened the Civitan "Soup Fest"
and the Berkshire Home, Business and Garden Show in 2013
and in 2014 the Western Massachusetts Home and Garden Show in West Springfield,
which were great events .
While in the Berkshires for the 2013events I was blessed so greatly by kindnesses from "Bo", "Lexie", and "Dan",
thank you larger than mear words can express. May God Bless you all.
